WePrompt.it (“WePrompt,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates weprompt.it.com, a free prompt directory and set of AI-powered tools for freelancers and creators. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit our site or use our tools, how we use it, and the choices and rights you have.
You do not need to create an account to browse the prompt directory or use our free tools, so in most cases we hold very little information about you.
When you use one of our free AI tools, the text you provide (including a text transcript of anything you speak into the Voice to Prompt) is sent to Groq’s API to generate your result. Speech-to-text conversion for the Voice to Prompt happens in your own browser — we do not upload, transmit, or store raw audio recordings. We do not save the text you submit or the output that’s generated once your session ends; we don’t build a history of your prompts.
Your use of these tools is also subject to Google’s own terms and privacy policy for the underlying AI model, since your input is processed by their service.
Our site uses cookies set by Google Analytics/Tag Manager and Microsoft Clarity to measure traffic and understand on-site behaviour. We do not currently display a cookie-consent banner; you can control or delete cookies at any time through your browser settings, though doing so may affect analytics accuracy rather than site functionality, since browsing and using our tools does not require cookies to work.
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with the service providers who help us run the site:
We may also disclose information if required to by law, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of WePrompt.it or others.
Newsletter and contact form submissions are kept until you ask us to delete them. Free-tool input and generated output are not retained by us after your session, as described above.
You have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you, to restrict or object to our processing of it, to receive a copy of it in a portable format, and to withdraw consent at any time. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
You have the right to know what personal information we collect, to request its deletion or correction, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.
To exercise any of these rights, reach out through our contact page and we’ll get back to you.
Because our service providers (Google and Microsoft) operate globally, your information may be processed in the United States or other countries outside your own, under those providers’ respective data protection safeguards.
WePrompt.it is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 16. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
